About Our Trainers
Meet Tiffany SingletonOwner & Master Dog Trainer
From working in a veterinary clinic at age 15 to owning four Off Leash K9 Training locations across Texas and West Virginia — Tiffany Singleton has dedicated her life to transforming the relationship between dogs and their owners.
A Lifetime Devoted to Dogs
With over 20 years of hands-on experience working with dogs, Tiffany Singleton is the owner and lead trainer of Off Leash K9 Training Bridgeport/Morgantown WV, Off Leash K9 Training Amarillo, Off Leash K9 Training Lubbock, and Off Leash K9 Training WV. Her passion for animal behavior and training began at just 15 years old when she started working in a veterinary clinic. Over the course of nine years, she gained experience in every department — often working with the most challenging dogs — and developed a deep understanding of canine behavior that continues to drive her work today.
Professional Training & Mentorship
For the past decade, Tiffany has trained dogs professionally, combining real-world, hands-on experience with continued education and mentorship from some of the most respected trainers in the industry. She participated in America's K9 Caring Angels Dog Training in Virginia, where she worked as a trainer and handled her certified therapy dog, Thor, whom she personally trained. Thor also served as a mascot for the team — an experience that further strengthened Tiffany's passion for building strong, purposeful relationships between dogs and their owners.
Tiffany has studied and trained under industry leaders including Nick White — founder of Off Leash K9 Training — and has experience with Sit Means Sit methods founded by Fred Hassen. She has also worked directly with Joey Morris of Alpha Training Center. In addition to hands-on training, Tiffany continues to expand her knowledge through professional seminars — such as those hosted by Method K9 — as well as through respected training literature like K-9 Trailing: The Straightest Path by Jeff Schettler, and educational content from trainers like Larry Krohn and Michael Ellis.
Training Philosophy — Balanced & Individualized
Tiffany's approach to training is rooted in adaptability — she trains the dog in front of her. Every dog is different, and she strongly believes in using a balanced, individualized approach to meet each dog's specific needs. Whether working with an aggressive German Shepherd, a reactive rescue, or a brand-new puppy, Tiffany adapts her methods to the unique temperament and behavioral profile of each dog she works with.
"Not all dogs can be treated like humans. They are domesticated, but they are still canines. They need pack structure and leadership. Always keep that in mind when something isn't going right. Think like a dog, not a human when you are struggling with them."
— Tiffany Singleton
A Life Fully Immersed in Animals
Outside of training, Tiffany lives a life fully immersed in animals. She cares for her own dogs — including Jack Russell Terriers and Anatolian Shepherd livestock guardian dogs — along with horses, cows, cats, chickens, and regularly fosters animals that need extra attention, especially the "misfits" that others may overlook.
Tiffany's Mission
Training is not just Tiffany's career — it's her purpose. There is nothing more rewarding to her than helping owners better understand their dogs, building clear communication, and creating a lifelong partnership based on trust, respect, and consistency. She is deeply committed to helping every dog and owner she works with reach their full potential together.

Tiffany - Owner
I have been working with dogs for 18 years! I started working at a Veterinarian Clinic at 15 years of age. I have always had a love for animals. I worked in all departments of the clinic in a 9-year period. I handled the problem dogs a lot. I was digging into animal behavior then and still do to this day.
I have been training dogs professionally for 10 years. I am an animal lover all around. I have my own 2 personal dogs, horses, 2 cats, chickens, and whatever other creature I may be fostering or caring for at any given time. I like the misfits.
I do not have any human children but will borrow my nieces and nephew to help socialize your dog around them if needed. Training is my full-time career.
I have a home next to Lake Anna and also a home in WV that is a family farm. I have 3 locations with OLK9. I am a firm believer in our methods. I train the dog in front of me. Some dogs need a different approach, and I am so happy to be able to offer that with this company.
We want what’s best for your dog. It is an amazing feeling to be able to enlighten owners about their dog’s needs, explain to them how to be what their dog needs, and help them succeed in a lifelong partnership.
Jada - Trainer
I have been around the dog training world for 4 years now. Training dogs has always been something I have have done since a child and growing up with dogs all throughout my childhood! I have my personal dog Kaz a Belgian Malinois full of energy. I really enjoy working with dogs of all breeds! Growing up I lived on a farm and we always had lots of animals from dogs, cattle, horses, chickens and goats. Now I live in Flatwoods with my little family. I believe the methods Off Leash K9 Training offers work tremendously for all dogs. Not all dogs are the same and every dog has different needs. I love seeing the transformation each dog has with our program!

JILLIAN - Trainer
Hi, I’m Jill! My love for dogs started back in high school when I spent my free time volunteering at a local rescue center. That’s where I first learned how much patience, consistency, and compassion can change a dog’s life.
From there, I volunteered with Vet Pets, a nonprofit that trains service dogs for veterans and first responders. That experience showed me just how powerful the bond between dogs and people can be, and it inspired me to keep growing as a trainer.
Since January, I’ve been working with Off Leash K9 Training, helping families and their dogs build better communication and trust. I’ve had the chance to work with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities — and I love seeing the moment when it all clicks for both the dog and the owner.
At the heart of everything I do is a passion for helping dogs become the best version of themselves while strengthening the bond they share with their people.
